'Good For You' Singer Selena Gomez Offers Calabasas Home for $4.5M
"Good For You" singer Selena Gomez offers her luxury Calabasas home on the market.
Gomez, the Texas-born celebrity, has listed her Hidden Hills estate for almost $4.5 million, Variety reported. The young music artist reportedly bought the sprawling California property in the first quarter of last year. The real estate blog noted that she paid nearly $3.7 million for the Hidden Hills mansion. Thus, the stunning actress will profit about $800,000 by letting it go after less than two years of ownership.
The said home of the 23-year-old singer-actress reportedly covers an expansive space of 7,786 square feet and displays five bedrooms and five and a half full bathrooms. Other living areas include a formal living room, a grand dining room, a huge family room and a fully-equipped kitchen.
Apart from the main residence, there is also a separate guesthouse for the next owners' close visitors to enjoy a short-term stay. The guests' unit is a comfortable place to dwell in as it has its own bathroom, a spacious kitchen and a walk-in closet. It even has a covered seating area equipped with an outdoor fireplace. Guests may also use the two-car garage under the studio to park their vehicles during their short respite.
Justin Bieber still in love with his ex-girlfriend?
Meanwhile, Canadian singer Justin Bieber gave lovely words for her ex-girlfriend Gomez, Billboard noted.
"I'm proud of the woman she is today," Bieber said.
Bieber and Gomez, who had been in an on-and-off relationship, reportedly called it quits last year. The recent separation made it hard for the "What Do You Mean" singer to be involved again with someone new in a deeper sense.
Bieber shared that his feelings for the lovely singer-actress were indeed very special.
"When you love someone that much, even if something comes between you, it's a love that never really dies," the singer famed for "Baby" added.
Bieber told Billboard that he has not yet listened to Gomez's new album "Revival" as he believes that he has "a lot of play in that one" and he doesn't want to know what the "Same Old Love" singer has written about him.
On the other hand, Bieber also wrote some things for Gomez in some of his songs under his new album, "Purpose." Bieber told Ellen DeGeneres on her show that "Sorry," "Mark My Words" and "What Do You Mean?" are about Gomez, Entertainment Tonight informed.
With their strong feelings for one another rendered into songs, will it be likely for Gomez and Bieber to get together again?
