Tyga Sex Assault Case: 'Rack City' Rapper Hit With New Ruling, Ordered to Pay Former Dancer $25,000
A judge has ordered rap star Tyga to pay the balance owed on a $50,000 debt he once agreed he pay to a former dancer.
According to TMZ, Allison Brown previously sued the "Rack City" rapper and the boyfriend of reality TV star Kylie Jenner for $50,000, alleging that she was "plied" with alcohol during a shoot for one of his videos during which one of the men on the set grabbed her breasts.
Over time, she and the rapper reached a $50,000 out-of-court settlement, but he only made good on roughly half of the money. As part of the new filing, the judge also ordered him to pay her more than $16,000 in legal fees.
The website adds the ruling marks the latest court decision issued against the rapper, who also has a $19,000 tax lien and was recently found to owe his landlord tens of thousands of dollars in back-paid rent.
Tyga and Jenner started dating more than a year ago and have faced almost as much turbulence in their relationship as they have scrutiny.
A transgender woman named Mia Isabella recently stepped forward to claim she has been engaged in a long-term relationship with the rapper. Around the time Jenner was celebrating her 18th birthday, a Florida-based rapper known as Stiches claimed he did drugs and had intercourse with Kylie.
In addition, Jenner has openly feuded with her boyfriend's ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna with much of their drama playing out on social media. Jenner was recently rumored to be angry with her boyfriend after he went to Chyna for advice about their relationship.
"Kylie thinks Blac's an opportunist and it upsets her that Tyga runs to his ex when they're having problems, telling her everything that's going in their relationship," a source said.
