Jennifer Lawrence Playfully Danced with Jimmy Fallon on 'The Tonight Show'
As part of Jennifer Lawrence's promotion of her recently premiered film "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2," she appeared on Jimmy Fallon's "The Tonight Show" on Wednesday where she once again made people laugh with her humor by dancing playfully with the famed host and comedian.
The duo started off with the traditional interview, sitting and talking about certain workout instructors who looked like them. Lawrence and Fallon were in agreement and the two finally debuted their funny fake workout video.
In the video, the New York Daily News reported that the duo were in retro outfits as they danced their goofy moves trying to look like professional workout instructors, which they ever so failed at. "Don't we seem like the kind of people you'd want to dance with?" Lawrence said.
They featured various moves tagged as "Check the Door," "Peekaboo-A-Choo" and "Disco Binoculars," to which Fallon described to be achieved with level of difficulty as he made fun of it. "Those dances weren't normal. No one would do those dances," he said after the skit.
The day ended with Lawrence appearing at the New York premiere of her film wearing a black sheered gown featuring a dark lip color, and, of course, her shortened blonde hair, per The New York Daily News.
Meanwhile, Lawrence's photos were recently reported to have been cut by some cities in Israel. The promotional posters of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" apparently had no picture of Lawrence while she was originally seen posing with a bow and arrow on the original posters, according to Variety.
But on the moviegoers in the ultra-orthodox suburb of Bnei Brak, they weren't pleased with Lawrence's character receiving only a censored poster with only a fiery crown printed on it. "Unfortunately we are subject to unofficial coercion that forces us to be more careful," Liron Suissa, Vice President of marketing for Nur Star Media said as quoted by Variety. "We have had endless vandalization, and clients prefer not to take the chance."
"We allow everything, but we recommend hanging another visual when necessary. The decision is the client's," Suissa added.
"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" has recently hit theaters worldwide and is expected to gain $120 million during its debut, Entertainment Weekly.
