Gigi Hadid Refuses Blackmailing Hackers Threatening to Release Photos
Gigi Hadid angrily vowed not to pay off hackers, who attempted to blackmail her by threatening to release private content stolen from her iPhone.
TMZ reports thieves accessed photos and videos of the Victoria Secret model through iCloud and are now threatening to sell the material to any media outlet if their price isn't met.
Word is, Hadid has now contacted law enforcement and plans to fully prosecute the culprits responsible for the theft.
Meanwhile, US Weekly reports Hadid stole the show during Sunday night's American Music Awards show, rocking a brand new, sleek bob hairstyle on the red carpet in Los Angles. The magazine adds Hadid's new look was chin-length, parted on the side and swept back.
The textured style easily blended with Hadid's enviously sexy two-piece custom outfit by Bao Tranchi, Tamara Mellon heels, and Giuseppe Zanotti clutch.
"I just wanted to do something comfortable," she said of the white crop top and maxi skirt. "It's kind of California beachy-ish."
Whatever it was, the outfit was enough to capture the eye and approval of hairstylist Bryce Scarlett, used Matrix StyleLink Gloss Booster on the star's hair to add shine to the look and ran a flat iron through the hair to make it more pricey
He raved, "I was really inspired by the neckline of the dress. It called for sexy, easy-looking hair."
Still, the 20-year-old Hadid may not be rocking the style for long,
"The hair you can check back tomorrow to see if I still have short hair," she told inquiring reporters while strutting the red carpet. "There's tricks of the trade."
Part of Hadid's bold new look could have also been inspired by her recent breakup with boyfriend Joe Jonas. Both cited inordinately busy schedules as one of the primary factors in ending their less than one-year-old relationship.
