On Monday, the cast of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" was challenged to a game of "Star Wars" trivia on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" by a 7-year-old boy.

For the latest episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!," the show host Jimmy Kimmel welcomed the cast of the new, highly anticipated film to the show for a "Star Wars"-themed night, which included a trivia game called "Ard-Wars," named after their opponent Arden Hayes, a kid genius.

Hayes went up against cast members Carrie Fisher aka Princess Leia, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, and Adam Driver. Also on hand was the film's director J.J. Abrams, who was in charge of asking the questions.

The game included questions, asked by Abrams, that only truly dedicated and knowledgeable "Star Wars" fans would know the answers to.

Hayes, who was joined by Stormtroopers and R2D2, got all but one question correct. Despite being in the film, the cast was hilariously unable to answer any of the questions correctly, with Ridley explaining that she actually studied for the game.

According to Entertainment Weekly, this isn't the first time that Hayes has appeared on the show. He gained popularity in 2013 for his impressive knowledge of the United States presidents. He has appeared in several segments of the talk show, showing off his skills and knowledge of topics like politics and the periodic table.

After his win, the lucky kid was rewarded with a variety of "Star Wars" toys, including a Stormtrooper outfit signed by the new film's cast and director.

The night also included interviews with Abrams and the cast, who revealed how they found out they had been cast in the iconic franchise, and a "Star Wars" version of the popular segment "Lie Witness News." Kimmel also shared a parody of the film's trailer as a romantic comedy.
