iOS 9.1 Jailbreak Release Date, News: Springtomize iOS 9 Now Available, iOS 9.1 Jailbreak Coming Soon
Springtomize for iOS 9 is now available for users with jailbroken iOS 9 devices. This is an entire month after the first iOS 9 jailbreak was made available.
Springtomize is an app that is available for download and purchase directly from Cydia, according to N4BB. If users already have the app, they can update it for free.
Springtomize is a very versatile app for jailbreakers. It comes with a ton of tweaks all in one app. This allows jailbreakers to perform a large variety of jailbreak-only functions without having to install a bunch of different tweaks and apps.
With Springtomize, users can hide app icons, speed up animations, change colors of interface animations and much more. Normally when users want to change things around with a jailbroken device, they have to download tweaks that perform individual actions. With Springtomize, all of these extra functions come in one app.
Apple is already on its fourth beta for iOS 9.2, which means the full version of iOS 9.2 is coming very soon. iOS 9.1 has been available for a while now, but there is no jailbreak solution available for iOS 9.1 yet.
It is important that jailbreakers stay on iOS 9 and avoid updating to iOS 9.1 or one of the iOS 9.2 betas. Apple patched all of the exploits found in the iOS 9 jailbreak, so updating to iOS 9.1 or later will cause jailbreakers to lose all of their jailbreak capabilities and tweaks.
It looks like a jailbreak team is close to creating a jailbreak solution for iOS 9.1, as we reported earlier. There is currently a partial jailbreak tool available, but nothing that is a full jailbreak tool as of yet.
If the jailbreak teams have given up on iOS 9.1, they might be focusing on iOS 9.2 which will probably be released before the end of the year. iOS 9.2 is expected to be the last iOS release before iOS 10 is released.
