It's not due until Dec. 1, but some retail copies of "Just Cause 3" have been spotted in different regions worldwide.

According to VG247, an attempt to live stream some of "Just Cause 3's" gameplay have been shut down by the publisher, Square Enix.

On the Steam Community page, they revealed the PC specs of "Just Cause 3," which include a 64-bit Operating System such as the Vista SP2, Win 7 SP1 and Win 8.1. The CPU will have to comply within the range of Intel Core i5-2500K, 3.3GHz or the AMD Phenom II X6 10753 3GHz with a 6GB RAM for the memory. For the graphics, you need at least a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 (2GB) or an AMD Radeon HD 7870 (2GB).

Again, take note that the mentioned specs are just the minimum requirements to play the game. The Steam Community, however, gave their own recommendation in terms of the specs and they have agreed with the operating system mentioned, but the CPU specs quite differ.

For Steam, they recommended the Intel Core i7-3770, 3.4 GHz or the AMD FX-8350, 4.0GHz. For the graphics, they ask for a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 (3GB) or an AMD R9 290 (4GB). The memory should be 8GB in order to get the maximum experience playing "Just Cause 3."

VG247 was able to get a copy of "Just Cause 3" game, and it was somewhere in Cairo where they acquired the copy. They said that big games usually make it to retail stores as soon as they arrive and "Just Cause 3" copies may have been on the stands since Sunday. Brazil and the United Arab Emirates may have also acquired copies as they have been posting some images of the game online.

Featured below is Avalanche Studios revealing the first hour of the video game. So for those who want to be spared of spoilers, avoid playing the video. For others who are interested in knowing what's in store, this is, by far, the best you can refer to as a cheat sheet.

The video subtly shows what you can expect of the game in terms of its landscapes as well as Medici. The rest have been some revelations about the game's early missions, and, possibly, what to expect as the game progresses.

"Just Cause 3" will launch on Dec. 1 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Are you excited to play "Just Cause 3?"
