Kim Kardashian is planning to undergo a "full body overhaul" once she give birth to her and Kanye West's second child around Christmastime.

RadarOnline reports the 35-year-old "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" reality star has her heart set on getting "her boobs done, a tummy tuck and liposuction."

"Kim has been discussing the surgeries she wants to get done and talking to doctors about them," said a source. The source added she has been "talking about which doctors she wants to put on the payroll."

Kardashian may have to wait a bit to actually go under the knife given what's been described as her "dicey" pregnancy, but sources indicate she is completely committed to having the procedures done.

"Kim wants to get the surgeries done because she has always been obsessed with her body" and wants to get back in shape quickly," the source added. "Her body -- that is her business. Her body and her appearance are the driving vehicles behind her livelihood, so she has to get back into shape."

Chances are Kardashian will be even more diligent this time around than she was after giving birth to daughter North given that she never lost the amount of weight she wanted to back then.

More recently, Kardashian has called pregnancy "the worst experience of my life," prompting many to speculate this may spell represent the end for of birth giving days.

"She's done having kids after this one because it's been tough for her to get pregnant," a source added.

Mom and manager Kris Jenner is said to be in total support of her daughter's plastic surgery undertaking decision. It was recently reported that Jenner has been coming down hard on her daughter over all the weight she's recently gained.

"Plastic surgery has always been very expected with that entire family," a source added.
