The Twilight star and his friend, Dylan Penn, are allegedly dating but entertainment website Hollywood Life, via an unnamed source, confirms otherwise.

"Rob and Dylan are friends, but that's it. They are not back together," revealed the outlet's source. "They are not dating each other. Rob is so busy with work right now that dating is pretty much not on his radar."

The alleged pair is rumored to have been dating as early as last year. In a September 2013 report by People, Rob has supposedly found new love after breaking up with Twilight co-star and leading lady, Kristen Stewart. The apple of his eye is reportedly no other than model and daughter of Sean Penn and Robin Wright, Dylan Penn.

"They've been dating a month or two," a source told People. "He's crazy about her."

The 22-year old model has dismissed rumors last December in an interview with GQ. Asked about Rob and all the attention she has been getting, the model quipped, "We're talking about Rob here? That's been very foreign to me. But actually kind of funny, because it's all bulls***." 

Dylan, who seems to have a magnet for Vampire actors, was also linked to The Vampire Diaries' star Steven R. McQueen, just months after she was linked to Rob. Us Weekly's source reveals that the Twilight star might have only been a fling.

"They met awhile back, they started dating pretty quickly, lots of attraction there," the source told Us Weekly. "Dylan is a fun chick, whatever she had with Pattinson was very brief if at all."

The source also added, "Steven had met Sean before the event last night. [Sean] loves his daughter, really whatever makes her happy is fine with him."

Dylan might be happy or had been happy with Steven as E! News reported February that the alleged relationship between the two has "fizzled."
