JCPenney has started integrating the Apple Pay to their store credit cards in preparation for the apps' launch on their stores in 2016.

According to MacRumors, one of their stores in Texas has taken the step in allowing their customers to add their JCPenney charge cards to the Apple Pay service. The pilot program for the integration has allowed their Dallas-Fort Worth area to use the service when making a purchase in their store. Apple Pay's inclusion of store credit cards has recently been its newest feature, and, currently, Apple Pay has only included Kohl's as one of their major clients.

An announcement saying, "Now you can use your Kohl's Charge card to pay with Apple Pay -- and soon you'll be able to use even more of your favorite store credit cards, like your JCPenney credit card," came to customers' attention when they attempted to register their JCPenney cards to the Apple Pay service.

What's even more interesting about the Apple Pay service is its integration with reward cards, which allow customers to earn rewards on their purchases without the necessity to bring with them the physical card. Walgreens took the first step in adapting the Apple Pay on their rewards program.

Also featured on the Apple Insider is the term and conditions of the JCPenney-Apple Pay partnership, which reads: "JCPenney is running a pilot program available to cardholders residing in Dallas Ft. Worth and shopping at The Village at Fairview store.. Cardholders nationwide will be able to add their JCPenney credit cards to their wallets and pay using the Apple Pay in spring 2016."

The JCPenney-Apple Pay partnership is part of Apple's latest project since it launched in October 2014. The Apple Pay has since accepted major credit cards and some store credit cards such as JCPenney.

The Apple Pay is a mobile payment introduced by the Apple company in 2014 and is mainly available on the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6S. It will also be included on the Apple watch compatible devices soon. The Apple Pay service has allowed consumers to pay using their mobile phones and reduce the need to bring physical cards with them. Now, Apple Pay does not only let you purchase but also allows you to earn rewards.

Have you tried the Apple Pay service? What can you say about its security and its ease of use?
