Things are about to get more dramatic and intense for the characters in "General Hospital." This week's turn of events is quick and drastic, especially for Liz Webber and Jason Morgan, who have broken off their engagement after Sam Morgan scared Liz off in her strong ordeal to get back Jason.

"General Hospital" spoilers reveal that this week, Dec. 2 to Dec. 4, the show will treat the audience with more dramatic scenes. Soap Shows recently disclosed that Sam will pull all the stops just to find out what Liz is hiding so she can use it against her.

After asking Carly Corinthos to scare Liz so she will hesitate marrying Jason, Sam now asks Laura Spencer to speak the truth about Liz. It is still unknown, however, as to what will happen between Laura and Sam. Soap Shows says that there is a chance that Sam will finally get a hold of the truth about Liz when Laura finally breaks her cool.

Meanwhile, Celeb Dirty Laundry reveals that since Liz is threatened by Carly because of Sam's wishes, she goes on and hands her engagement ring back to Jason. Of course, Jason is shocked at Liz's decision, which urges him to once again reassure Liz that he loves her.

Jason, according to the outlet, will also not stop until he and Liz are finally together without anyone getting in the way including Sam. Because he and Sam are still technically married and Sam won't let Jason divorce her, this will result to tension between her and Patrick Drake.

Patrick and Sam's lives will soon reach the point where they will fall apart as Sam is obviously fighting for Jason and Patrick simply gets hang out to dry. It will not be too long before Patrick to not continue holding on to the love he has for Sam and just let go.

Patrick then goes on to question Sam why she just can't let go of Jason after her ex-husband already showed her that she wants another woman, Liz. Celeb Dirty Laundry notes that this week, Sam will finally let go of Patrick and let their relationship fall apart just so she can find out Liz's secrets.

A lot more drama is promised to occur in Port Charles on "General Hospital," airing weekdays on ABC.
