Fans of "The Originals" can look forward to an all-new episode Thursday night, as things get heated between Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and his ex-girlfriend Aurora (guest star Rebecca Breeds) when she forces him to play more mind games in order to save Cami's (Leah Pipes) life.

In the next episode, which is titled "The Other Girl in New Orleans," Aurora will continue to hold Cami hostage and force Klaus to follow her human scavenger hunt in order to save the life of his new love interest.

"After learning that Cami's life is in danger and Aurora may be to blame, Klaus is forced to engage in another one of her devious games and follows a series of clues she's left behind for him. Meanwhile, Elijah (Daniel Gillies), Freya (Riley Voelkel) and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) take drastic measures against Tristan (guest star Oliver Auckland) when they discover he holds a valuable piece of information they need. Elsewhere, Aya (guest star Tracy Ifeachor) gives Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) an ultimatum that leaves him with a difficult decision to make, while tensions between Hayley and Jackson cause her to reevaluate her involvement in Mikaelson family matters," reads the synopsis, according to CarterMatt.

In light of the upcoming episode, executive producer Michael Narducci opened up about the love triangle between Aurora, Klaus and Cami. Not only is Aurora still in love with Klaus, but she is convinced that he still loves her, too. As a result, Cami has found herself in the middle of Aurora's twisted motive of love and revenge.

"What I love about Aurora is that she's the archetypal ex-girlfriend who is convinced that the object of her affection still loves her," the showrunner told TVLine. "She's wound her way into every fabric of [Klaus'] being, and she compares all other women to herself."

The EP went on to describe Aurora as "arrogant" and "sinister but also amusing."

In the meantime, actress Phoebe Tonkin dropped spoilers about what will come for Rebekah, as the Mikaelsons take on a slew of enemies, including Tristan, in order to rescue her.

"This episode is when Elijah enlists Hayley to come and help him out with torturing Tristan. He has some very important coordinates that would be very helpful in finding the lovely Rebekah, so Hayley is using her skills that she has to torture Tristan and try and get some information from him," she told ETonline.

The series star also noted that Elijah and Rebekah will be dependant on Hayley, rather than another situation in which she really needs them.

Season 3 Episode 8 of "The Originals" will premiere on The CW on Thursday, Dec. 3 at 9 p.m. ET.
