Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez Still 'Addicted' To Each Other, Exes Will Continue On-And-Off Relationship
Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber recently stirred reconciliation rumors after they were caught getting intimate with each other at a Beverly Hills hotel lobby.
Bieber also shared a throwback photo of him and Gomez taken back when they were still a couple in 2014. However, according to a source the exes love the drama of an on-and-off relationship. So they will reportedly continue letting their fans guess if they would ever get back together.
A source told Hollywood Life that both Gomez and Bieber are "addicted to the drama of it all." Regardless if they have been spotted hugging, walking and talking together before the American Music Awards, the insider claimed they would never commit to a reunion just yet. It's said their reason is solely because of their high-profile status.
"They don't trust anyone as they know their celebrity is so big and they believe people have hidden agendas, which makes it hard to make new relationships. So this back and forth will continue and we shouldn't expect any end in sight," the source said.
The source further told the tabloid that neither Bieber nor Gomez want to part ways from each other. They want "to keep a leash on each other and not let each other go, even though it would benefit them both immensely to go cold turkey with any future relationship and even their friendship," the unnamed insider told Hollywood Life exclusively.
Early in November, the 21-year old "Sorry" singer had opened up about his relationship with Gomez in an interview with Access Hollywood. When asked how he is moving on after his split from the "Same Old Love" singer, Bieber had admitted that he may not be over the breakup at all.
The Canadian singer also candidly expressed his undying love for Gomez. Bieber called the 23-year old as someone that he loves dearly, given that she was his first love. He also admitted that he still rings her up from time to time.
"I'm never going to stop checking in on her. I don't think if you end a relationship, you should end that, unless it was super toxic and you guys were hurting each other physically or mentally," he said.
As for reuniting with his first love, Bieber told Ellen DeGeneres during an interview on "The Ellen Show" that he hopes to one day get back together with Gomez. For now he only wants her to be happy.
