Android Apps 2014 on Google Play: Schoolbus Driving Simulator, Flesky Keyboard Among New Apps To Try Out This Week
A number of new applications have been launched on the Google Play app store for Android users -- but how do we know which ones to get?
It's not always easy keeping up with the thousands of applications to choose from on app stores and there are simply just too many. When it comes to narrowing it down, however, you can check out the latest applications to be released and give them a shot. Below you will find a list of some of the newest apps in different categories -- both games and other kinds of apps - and you can feel free to let us know what you think in the comments section located down below.
1. Schoolbus Driving 3D Simulator: The whole point of this game is to drive a school bus. This sounds so simple and easy - maybe even boring -- but it isn't and that's why its targeted at people who do not drive school buses. Feel free to give it a try next time you are looking to pass time on a boring day. At the very least, this game is free.
2. Fleksy Keyboard: Over the years, keyboards have been one of the most frustrating parts of daily smartphone use. From autocorrect to a wide variety of different keyboard sizes, we rarely find much consistency. Even when new operating systems come and go, new keyboards are introduced. As described on the Google Play store, "The power behind Fleksy is its unique technology based on Geometric Intelligence. Imprecise? Sloppy typing? No problem! Fleksy will know what word you meant to type even if you tap on all the wrong letters. The patent pending technology doesn't just look at the letters you press. It looks at WHERE you tap and analyzes your typing pattern to understand the word you meant to type." The downside to this app is that it does come with a $3.99 price tag, unfortunately.
3. Quizup: This is not a new app overall, but it was never introduced on Android platforms until now. Although it offers in-app purchases, it is a free app to start with. It is fairly self-explanatory in that it is just a trivia game, but it will help you stimulate your brain while passing time all at once.
