Updates about the Final Fantasy 7 Remake were revealed at the PlayStation Experience 2015 event last weekend. A gameplay teaser was also unleashed.

Dan Seto, Square Enix Japan West Community Manager, on his post in the US PlayStation blog, shared that fans of the original FF7 version will surely recognize some scenes in the Remake trailer such as the popular train from Sector 7 slums as well as the Sector 1 Mako Reactor. The teaser also shows the streets of Midgar and a new look for Guard Scorpion.

GameSpot also shared that Final Fantasy 7 Remake will bring several changes to the game such as its combat system. iDigitalTimes specified that instead of using a turn-based system, the remake version will utilize "a more action-oriented system" which still features the classic menu commands of Final Fantasy.

Based on the FF7 remake gameplay teaser, the designs for characters are different as well, especially for Barrett. iDigitalTimes also noted the spectacular graphic for the Final Fantasy 7 remake.

The report also cited the possibility that a Final Fantasy 7 Remake will be available for other platforms after its PS4 launch since the latter part of the teaser shows a text that read, "Play it first on PlayStation 4." iDigitalTimes presumed FF7 remake will have PC, Xbox One and Nintendo X versions as well.
