Summer music festivals are some of the most anticipated events of the year. They feature various genres of music performed by well-known music icons and bands. Three of the most popular music festivals are Lollapalooza, Coachella and Bonnaroo. Below are their schedules and lineup of performers.

Lollapalooza

This year's Lollapalooza will be held in Grant Park, Chicago on Aug. 1-3, 2014, where around 70 bands are expected to perform on stage. Several after-show activities within the city will entertain the audience while Chicago hotels will have late night parties. Coachella

One of the coolest summer music festivals, Coachella 2014 is coming on the next two weekends, running from April 11-13 and April 18-20, 2014, in Coachella Valley, Indio, California. Bonnaroo

The Bonnaroo 2014 music festival is on June 12-15, 2014 in Manchester, Tennessee, U.S.A. It features several music genres that include hip hop, electronic music, americana, alternative, indie rock, folk, country music, gospel, bluegrass, reggae and a whole lot more. Set on a 700-acre Manchester farm, it will have hippies, "tope" teens and cool kids all merging on the same ground.
