The late Selena Quintanilla's family is making sure to keep her memory alive by releasing never before heard music from the iconic Tejano music star.
According Latin Times, a new song, called "Are You Ready To Be Loved," was released on the exclusive radio station dedicated to the star and shared on the singer's fan page on Facebook.
The singer's father Abraham Quintanilla gave some background about the song in a introductory podcast. He explained that the song was taped at a rehearsal and not in the recording studio.
"I located another rehearsal recording of Selena for a song that was being considered for the English crossover album," he said. "It was written by Pamela Phillips Oland and my son A.B. Quintanilla."
An unheard song was also released in September. The song, called "Oh No! (I'll Never Fall In Love Again)," was supposed to be a single for the star's first English-language album "Dreaming of You."

The legendary music star was also recently part of a series of drawings by artist Isaiah Stephens. Stephans honored the star by reimagining her as popular Disney princesses, including Jasmine, Mulan, Pocahontas, Tiana, Snow White and Esmeralda.
The artist, who shared the photos on his Instagram account, explained that the idea for the drawings came from Cosmo Latina reporter Alanna Nunez, but he also added that he loves Selena, reported Vibe.
Each drawing took Stephens between two to eight hours to complete, depending on the amount of details. The images feature some of the singer's most iconic outfits from her career.
