Vergara, the 43-year-old TV celebrity, asks $7,200 a month as leasing fee for her California apartment, Realtor.com.

The property listing on Realtor.com describes it as a "beautifully redone unit," which "has the finest quality in finishes and craftsmanship." The 2,071-square-foot residence is big enough to comfortably house a medium-sized family as it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The next owners will specifically enjoy the master bedroom equipped with a huge walk in closet. Other living areas contained in the Los Angeles condo are a modern kitchen that comes with a pantry, living room, laundry area and dining area with a bar and breakfast counter.

Vergara just tied the knot with "True Blood" and "Magic Mike" actor Joe Manganiello on Nov. 22 at The Breakers Resort in Palm Beach, Florida, People reported.

Manganiello, who reportedly proposed on Christmas last year, revealed on news.com.au in June that he already had a crush on Vergara for ages. He admitted that his attraction to her was initially based on her looks, but her other traits also got him smitten.
