"Grand Theft Auto 5" is gearing up for another expansive upgrade. This time the multiplayer mode "Grand Theft Auto Online" will be reaping the rewards with new Rockstar Games goodies across the board in time for the holiday break.

According to an official release from Rockstar Games on their website, the new update is called the Executives and Other Criminals. In this new patch, players get to be VIPs and create their own crime rings as well as get access to new gameplay modes, challenge, vehicles, weapons and more. The new Super Yacht also makes a debut in the upcoming patch, fully-staffed and upgradable for those who want an impressive vehicle.

In Freemode, VIPs get to play new co-op jobs and challenges as well as try out special abilities. They can also recruit other GTA players as Bodyguards. On the other hand, players who choose to be Bodyguards earn a salary and special benefits as part of a VIP's crime organization. Certain Freemode Events automatically adjusts once an organization is playing, so gamers will be able to discover new ways to cope with the challenges.

Rockstar Games revealed in the website, "Organizations can go head to head in Freemode, with new missions that make full use of the latest executive defense options including new armored vehicle variants, the devastating Turreted Limo and the missile defense systems of the Super Yacht, which also comes with its own suite of supporting vehicle upgrades including the new SuperVolito Carbon helicopter and personal watercraft."

Players should also watch out for the new Extraction Adversary Mode, where Bodyguards team up to find and extract an Executive.

As previously announced by the developer, the update will only be coming to the current generation consoles. Rockstar Games has begun to leave out PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 from new upgrades due to memory constraints, according to a report from Mashable in September.

In the interview, Rockstar North Director of Design Imran Sarwar talked about the then-new feature Freemode Events and the company's decision to focus on the new consoles.

"Moving forward, we knew that we could not make any more meaningful updates without putting the stability of the entire game at risk," Sarwar explained. "By focusing on the opportunity with these newer platforms, it will allow us to do some exciting stuff in the future, and the Freemode Events update is just the beginning."

"Grand Theft Auto Online" Executives and Other Criminals update for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC will drop on Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015.
