One disappointed customer at a Ft. Lauderdale Dunkin' Donuts decided it would be a good idea to film herself publicly berating the employees working there. Little did she know that her actions would lead to their recognition and her subsequent public shaming.

Taylor Chapman, claims that she had gone into the Dunkin' Donuts and after purchasing her items, was not offered a receipt. She says she then requested that her food be comped as per the restaurant's policy, but was denied.

Not giving up, Chapman (who is 27 years old) decided that she would come in the next day and launch a verbal tirade on the employees who were working there, even though they were not the same ones that had serviced her the night before. Once the cameras were rolling, her rhetoric was nothing short of appalling.

"Well, guess what? This sh*t's about to go live, bitch. Right on Facebook," Chapman announced to the employee. "'Cause I already posted what your dumb ass did last night. So I hope you're happy with your little f*cking sand n***** self. Cause I'm about to nuke your whole f*cking planet from Mars. You think ya'll are tough big fat Arabs bombin' the Trade Center? I'll show you tough."

In its entirety, the video lasts for roughly eight minutes, and throughout, the employees that are being verbally assaulted maintain their calm. Chapman herself is a minor celebrity in the area by virtue of starring in several local commercials, though after this incident it's unlikely she will be finding similar work any time soon.

"We're proud of how r crew member handled this situation. The franchise owner of the restaurant plans 2 recognize the crew member," Dunkin' Donuts tweeted on Tuesday.

Internet viewers immediately took to applauding the employees, one of whom was only 18, for their patience and reserve. Dunkin' Donuts is certainly happy with the positive publicity their company received, and are now reaching out to the employees in an effort to congratulate them on a job well done.

"Dunkin' Brands' leadership has reached out to the two crew members featured in the video. Both have been invited to an internal company event in Boca Raton later this month for further recognition," said the local branch's management team.
