Kathy Hilton is rumored to be not inviting troubled sister Kim Richards to her lavish holiday party and to make certain she's not in attendance she's holding it at the same hotel that banned Richards from being on the premises earlier this year.

According to Radar Online, Hilton's event is slated for the Beverly Hills hotel, the same spot where Richards was previously arrested for assaulting a police officer at the height of one of her well-documented drunken episodes.

Word is Hilton is also planning another family holiday party where she has left fellow sister Kyle Richards off the guest list.

As for Kim, a source added, "For the last two years Kathy had the party somewhere else, but now she's moved it back to the Beverly Hills Hotel, which seems a little rude considering Kim's recent history there."

Sources insist Hilton still cares about her sister but, after more than three decades of trying to help her get clean, has grown exasperated by the entire situation.

The good news is it seems all the counseling about all the destruction she's caused may be finally getting through to Kim.

She recently vowed she is committed to her sobriety and hasn't had any public episodes since being released from an inpatient rehab facility earlier this year.

TMZ reports recent court documents also indicate Richards has continued to attend AA gatherings and since September has gone to 52 meetings.

After she was again arrested for stealing from a Target store in August, a judge sentenced her to 300 hours of community service, three years of probation and regular AA meetings.

With her troubles apparently now under control, Richards recently returned to the cast of the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and is reported to be presently shooting scenes.
