Seattle Seahawks re-sign running back Christine Michael and tight end Chase Coffman into their roster again.

Seahawks head coach Peter Carroll informed Michael's return, the team's official account on Twitter announced.

In September, Michael was traded to the Cowboys in exchange for a 2016 draft pick, ESPN noted. However, the Beaumont, Texas native harbored no ill feelings about the move.

"As long as I have an opportunity to play somewhere, put some good stuff on film and get some things going, I'll be fine with everything that they do. They blessed me. They drafted me, and that's good enough for me," said the 25-year-old who entered the league and the Hawks in 2013.

With Michael, the Hawks will be gearing towards a stronger offensive lineup for their game against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, Dec.20, by making their running back position secured, per a Twitter post. Seattle also welcomed back Bryce Brown in their camp.

Carroll shared on The Seattle Times why he is happy to see Brown again in their team.

"It's a good opportunity to bring a guy back that we have been training that we liked the work that he did," the coach said.

This may be the same reason why he brought Michael back in Seattle.

The two players will help the Seahawks move forward from their loss of the young running back Thomas Rawls. The 22-year-old football player from Flint Michigan sustained an ankle injury during their game against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, Dec. 13, CBS Sports noted. Although Seattle emerged triumphant with the final score of 35-6 victory, it was a costly win for the team. Rawls is a promising athlete who already delivered 830 yards and four touchdowns within 13 games with the Hawks, per ESPN stats.

Meanwhile, Seahawks also welcomed back the 29-year-old Coffman, who first entered the league via the Cincinnati Bengals in 2009-2010 Season, per ESPN Stats. Rand Getlin of NFL.com informed about Coffman's return.

The Hawks previously placed him in the healthy inactive list two weeks ago, but after one game, he was waived, Seattle PI noted.

However, with Luke Willson possibly down with rib injury from their game against the Ravens.

Coffman reportedly caught 14 patches and posted one touchdown in his entire career, playing for four seasons.

Will the Seahawks be more prepared to win in their showdown with the Browns on Sunday?
