Jillian Michaels' reality TV show, "Just Jillian," has an official premiere date.

The eight-episode series will make its debut this January.

For a decade, fans have watched the hard-as-nails trainer on NBC's "The Biggest Loser," but in her new docuseries Michaels is showing viewers her softer side.

"Just Jillian" will focus on how Michaels' balances her demanding and hectic work schedule, with family life.

Viewers will also get a closer look at Michaels' relationship with longtime partner, Heidi Rhoades, who in the trailer expresses her desire to get married and have another child. Rhoades and Michaels are already parents to 5-year-old Lukensia ("Lu") and 3-year-old Phoenix.

"I'm having a great time!" Michaels recently told E! News exclusively. "I'm having fun."

Though young in age, both Lu and Phoenix also appear to be a fan of the camera.

Michaels shared, "They're having fun! The kids are having a great time. They got very attached to the crew. They're the stars actually."

Michaels is used to having a camera in her face, but Rhoades is a different story.

Rhoades revealed, "I don't really like being the center of attention at all, so even a solo interview gives me really bad anxiety."

So how does Michaels' family life differ from the rest of the world? The answer is, it doesn't.

"I find that we have very typical issues that other couples have," Michaels explained. "You got to dinner with a couple and you hear the same s--t that goes on in your own household, so I think it will be fun for people. It's sort of like a big, gay Modern Family...It's a lot of fun."

"Just Jillian" premieres Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016 at 10 p.m., on E!
