An Indianapolis bounty hunter appeared in court Wednesday after being charged for the murder of two young teenagers.

Fox 59 reports Kevin Watkins, 49, is being accused of killing Dionne Williams, 16, and Timmee Jackson, 15, on Christmas Eve. Watkins has pled not guilty to the charge.

According to court documents, police found significant evidence of wrongdoing after searching the suspect's home and business, Watkins Bail Bonds.

Authorities found blood on the back bumper and rear doors of an SUV parked in Watkins' driveway. Inside the vehicle, there were garbage bags filled with clothing covered in more blood, brain matter, bone fragments and a fingertip.

According to the Indy Star, the clothing was said to match the description of clothes that Williams and Jackson were wearing when last seen.

Blood was also found on the vehicle's seat, splashed on leaves, and in trails leading to the backyard and to a garage of a vacant home next door. Investigators also located an opened package for a SOG Tactical Tomahawk, but the weapon remains missing.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Lt. Richard Riddle said it is believed that the teens are dead, although their bodies have not been recovered yet. Authorities are awaiting lab results to determine if the blood belongs to the suspected victims.

Williams and Jackson have not been seen since around 8 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Friends and relatives say they were spending time at home when Williams realized he left his cell phone at a friend's house nearby Watkins' residence.

Watkins allegedly suspected Williams of burglarizing his home in the past, and he had previously confronted the teen. Jackson accompanied Williams to retrieve the phone, as he knew Williams had issues with Watkins.

After the hearing Wednesday, a scuffle broke out amongst several people. In video footage captured at the scene, it appears sheriff's deputies attempt to stop a distraught relative from attacking Watkins.
