Donald Trump criticized the Obama administration and Hillary Clinton during his rally last Saturday and said that they helped create the terrorist group ISIS.

As noted, this is by far the most extreme thing the leading GOP candidate said, with regards to criticizing the current President and also his rival in the 2016 Presidential race.

But CNN reported that Trump offered no evidence for his claims, but also added that escalating tensions between Iran and Saudi Arabia were signs that the Islamic Republic wanted to take over the long time U.S. ally in the Middle East.

Trump said, "They've created ISIS. Hillary Clinton created ISIS with Obama," there, he briefly discussed the Iranian protests outside the Saudi Embassy in Tehran that erupted after Saudi Arabia executed 47 people, including a Shiite cleric.

He remarked, "In Tehran, they're burning down the Saudi embassy, you see that?" and added, "Now, what that is Iran wants to take over Saudi Arabia. They always have. They want the oil, OK? They've always wanted that."

Business Insider noted that The Donald even boasted his predicting ability, citing his past statements for the U.S. to bomb oil assets of the Islamic State group.

"I've predicted a lot of things, you have to say, including, 'Get the oil, take the oil, keep the oil.' Right? I've been saying that for three years, and everybody said, 'Oh, I can't do that. I mean, this is a sovereign country.' There is no country!" Trump said.

From then on, he continued to lambaste President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton while boasting his praising his ability. Trump said that the two are a bunch of dishonest people and they are the reason ISIS exists, but said that he loves predicting because the country needs someone "with vision," which obviously pertains to himself.

However, it seems that he is not done with his claims because, the morning after his rally, Trump repeated his statements that Clinton created the terrorist group.

The business mogul-turned-presidential candidate said that Clinton has a "terrible record" as secretary of state and said that she "literally" created ISIS. He added, "If you look at her, between her and Obama, they're the ones -- we have this big ISIS problem they created with their bad policies and their bad thinking."

Similarly, Daily Mail reported that Trump also criticized Clinton on her stand on the Iraq War and said that the U.S. attacking the Middle East only brought destabilization.

When asked if whether the actions of America in the Middle east saved lives, he answered that, "There was nothing saved," and added that, "'If we would have never done anything in the Middle East, we would have a much safer world right now."
