Less than a month after being released from federal custody, "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice is rumored to be planning for life without reality TV husband Joe Giudice.

Radar Online reports she has already taken steps to have her name added to the visitor's list at the Fort Dix prison where Joe Giudice is slated to soon commence serving out his 41-month sentence on fraud charges, similar to the crimes his wife recently finished serving time for.

"Teresa doesn't want there to be any delay in seeing Joe from time he begins serving time," a source said. "Those first few weeks were very, very hard for Teresa. The phone calls home helped, but Teresa couldn't see Joe or the kids for weeks because of protocol, and she wants his transition to be as smooth as possible."

Since she arrived home just before Christmas, word is the couple has been nearly inseparable and have grown as close as ever. The source also shot down recent reports that Teresa Giudice is now planning to open a restaurant.

What is known is that she will be rejoining the cast of "Real Housewives," having signed on to return for a salary rumored to be upwards of $1 million per season.

Bravo Network execs have reportedly also delayed filming on the new season in hopes of being able to feature her in more of the scenes. Giudice has also penned a prison tell-all, chronicling her time and experiences during the roughly 11 months she spent behind bars.

Several media outlets have also reported Joe Giudice faces the potential prospect of deportation to his native Italy whenever he is released from federal custody.

While his wife was incarcerated, he was spied with several other women and was rumored to be romantically involved with more than a few of them.
