This week on "The Young and the Restless" is all about Adam Newman. Since Adam is missing, everyone, including his father Victor Newman, will be exerting all efforts to find him after being abducted by a mysterious group, Soap Shows reports.

Of course, when one of the most-respected and privileged families like the Newmans is crossed, drama and trouble will surely arise. The publication speculates that Adam's disappearance is because of the Santoris.

Although there is still no proof, Chelsea Lawson remains to be anxious about the Santoris since she only has her instincts to follow. Meanwhile, as Chelsea struggles with her husband's abduction, she will be calling out for help, according to the publication.

Help will be coming from the most unexpected person, Victor. When Victor was informed of Adam's case, he initially said that Adam was not in Genoa City because he was away for work. However, he will later believe that Adam has indeed been kidnapped.

Victor receives a ransom note and he will be showing this to Kevin Fisher and Dylan McAvoy. The two will then try to determine where Adam is located and search for any evidence. However, Celeb Dirty Laundry reveals that a very interesting trade will be happening in light of the tragic disappearance of Adam.

Since the kidnappers are asking for a certain woman to be handed over in exchange of Adam, Victor and his team will be working their best efforts to get a hold of Marisa Sierras. Victor will be calling Luca Santori to get Marisa.

The publication further reveals that a dramatic scene will be happening between Marisa and Noah Newman. The two will be seen talking casually when suddenly, two men grab Marisa and take her away.

Of course, the news agency leaves the fans of the hit CBS series wondering who took Marisa and if Victor ordered it in exchange for Adam's freedom. While the mystery is yet be answered, other spoilers suggest that because Chelsea is all alone, she will be leaning on Nick Newman.

The two will be closer than ever, and the news outlet speculates that there may be a brewing romance. Because Adam is missing, it is also unknown what will happen between him and Chelsea, especially when Adam and Sage Newman are also getting close.

All these and more in "The Young and the Restless," which airs weekdays on CBS.
