'Star Wars Battlefront' January 2016 DLC Leaked, New Update Features New Map and Daily Challenges
"Star Wars: Battlefront" is releasing a new DLC this January, but details of it aren't supposed to be available online. According to the Gamezone EA Brazil committed the mistake of accidentally releasing the "Star Wars: Battlefront" video, something that radically release some information about its upcoming DLC.
The leaked "Star Wars: Battlefront" DLC include Tatooine's new map, some private matches, a new set of daily challenges, community events and a new wardrobe for Luke and Leah. EA has since remained silent about the leaked DLC information. The video was immediately deleted, but not after Reddit users were able to announced the information on their accounts.
What EA was able to confirm on their twitter account is the new weapons for "Star Wars: Battlefront."

In a previous post by the Play Station Life Style, EA's Patrick Sodurland confirmed the upcoming DLC along with several free contents to make its more interesting.
"Of course, we are also planning to support Sat Wars Battlefront with new content well into the future," Sodurland said. "We will be adding more of what you love about the game, like new maps and Star Cards, for free in the coming months, in addition to all of the content we have coming with Season Pass. We'll have more to share soon."
Sodurland also confirmed that 2016 will be the year when they will release paid content for "Star Wars Battlefront." The four expansions, 16 multiplayer maps, four new modes and another four for the villains are all coming, but those who are Season Pass Holders will enjoy advance copy of the said contents.
Meanwhile, it was earlier this week when SledgeHammer 70 confirmed the upcoming DLC saying the update is coming, Play Station Life reports. "The path has been long, and we appreciate your dedication and passion around Star Wars Battlefront. Look for server downtime notifications and full patch notes to come," the statement reads.
Last month, "Star Wars Battlefront" was able to launch its December DLC under the title "Battle of Jakku", at the time, the DLC was also free.
