As Chris Brown's assault trial was delayed until late June, his on-and-off girlfriend Karrueche Tran vows to be there for the "Loyal" singer in any circumstances.

The 24-year-old singer is currently in jail due to his arrest of the alleged assault last October, representing a violation of the terms of probation, which was set following his previous assault on his then-girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009. Right before the trial was pushed back, he reportedly confided in Tran about how difficult it is for him to be in jail.

Brown allegedly had broken down in tears to his girlfriend and admitted that he was not able to sleep properly. "Kae couldn't believe it because he's rarely ever emotional with her," a source close to the 25-year-old model said. "He told her he's tired and that he couldn't sleep and how he doesn't know if he'll be able to fall asleep because he's nervous. He told her to keep her fingers crossed for him and keep good thoughts because he doesn't know what's going to happen."

Karrueche Tran also got quite emotional while visiting at the Washington, D.C. courtroom to show support to the R&B singer on his pre-trial hearing last week. However, she will stay as strong as she can and be there for her lover. "She wants to assure him that there's nothing to worry about and that she will be there for him no matter what, even if worse comes to worse," the source said. "She feels like the beginning of his trial will be the biggest day of her life because Chris' fate is all on the line and [there] ain't shit she can do."

Chris Brown's trial was delayed until June 25. If convicted on the assault charge, he faces a maximum of six months in jail and $1,000 fine, as well as up to four more years in jail in California, as a result of violating the terms of his probation.
