Teresa Giudice's ongoing house arrest is so strict, the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star has to get permission from her parole officer to even dine at a restaurant where alcohol is served.

Radar Online reports not only is the 43-year-old star, who was recently released from federal prison, not allowed to consume so much as a glass of wine, she also has to get approval to attend any party where booze is being served.

"Ahead of attending Melissa Gorga's boutique opening last week, Teresa informed her probation officer that alcohol would be served," the source said. "She was given the go-ahead."

But while at the event, many noticed Giudice seemed far from her old self.

"She was so zen after being in prison that nothing is fazing her anymore," a source said. "She had to be told where to stand and what to do and basically did nothing. She wasn't at all like her old diva self."

That change in attitude reportedly now has Bravo network officials increasingly concerned. Radar also reports Bravo shelled out a salary as high as $2 million per season for her return to "Real Housewives," making her altered persona even more worrisome to execs.

Giudice was recently released from the Danbury Correctional facility after serving 11 months on fraud charges. Radar adds Giudice now seems to have a new perspective on life, which "basically consists of a 'f*ck it' attitude" about everything.

The new Giudice barely resembles the table-flipping reality TV diva fans fell in love with, the same wild character Bravo execs apparently thought they would be getting when they brokered their new deal with her.

The Daily Mail reports that new temperament was on full display when Giudice's Uber driver was recently stopped for speeding. She was able to talk a New Jersey officer out of giving the pair a ticket. Word is Giudice was desperately trying to get home by curfew, as failing to do so would have been a violation of her parole that could have landed her back behind bars.

After the officer gave her a pass, she was just able to make it home in time. Giudice's house arrest is slated to end on Feb. 5.
