Jenelle Evans has changed her mind about having more plastic surgery.

The reality star's opinion that "Teen Mom" franchise co-star Farrah Abraham looks "weird" because of her recent procedures could have something to do with the change of heart.

"She does look good, but she looks weird compared to what I'm used to seeing her look like in the past," Evans told Us Weekly of the three surgeries Abraham is reported to have undergone in recent days. "But like I said, in 10 to 20 years, it's all going to change, and then she's going to have to get more to fix that, and then that's going to spend more money - and is she going to have the money?"

As for her own decision, the 24-year-old Evans said it came down to learning to appreciate herself more and a willingness to work harder for the changes she wants to make to herself.

Evans admitted she recently traveled to Florida to meet with Dr. Michael Salzhauer, or "Dr. Miami," about having work done on her chin. But when she learned what the procedure might actually entail, Evans quickly changed her mind.

"When I heard how extensive that surgery is, and how he told me I'd have to get a CT scan and X-rays and the whole nine yards, every single detail, every bone in my jaw, I was like, 'I don't want to do this,'" said the mother of two young children.

Evans likely expected some of these hurdles already, given that she's undergone other surgeries, including a boob job and lip injections. But the star has learned to be more accepting of herself, adding she no longer anticipates having any more work done.

"I think I'm fine with the way I look," she added. "I work out at the gym. If I want a bigger butt, I'm going to work for it. I'm going to build it up with muscle, not implants or injections. If I don't like my stomach, I'm going to go work out, stay active and healthy, because honestly, you can go get all this work done, but in a couple years, gravity is going to pull all that down, and it's not going to look that great."

Evans insisted new boyfriend David Eason has fully supported her decision.
