The legal drama between Marc Anthony and his ex-wife Dayanara Torres continues.

Torres says he made $60 million in the last four years, but according to legal documents, he said he's not that rich and only made $40 million, according to TMZ.

The beauty queen wants monthly child support for her two children to go from $13,000 to $113,000. Torres said she wants a nanny, a cook, a full staff and access to private jets, but Anthony said the children are already well provided for.

Court documents give a breakdown of how much money the singer has spent in the last two years, and it's an average of $305,000. He has also spent $400,000 on domestic help, $1 million for a house in California and $220,000 on car leases.

Earlier this year, it was reported that Anthony didn't want his children to have too much money because he feared they would become drug addicts, the Daily Mail said. Anthony hired a psychologist, who said that children with unlimited funds "become high-risk for illicit drugs, alcohol and a fast-paced lifestyle that they are not emotionally capable of handling" as teenagers.

Torres, on the other side, said that compared with the lifestyle the children have with their father, they live in near poverty with her. She added that she had to sell her home and move into a San Fernando Valley, Calif., apartment because she's so short on money.

Anthony told a different tale.

He said that she was having an affair with a married man, and the man's wife stood on the sidewalk "with a bullhorn yelling wh**e for the whole neighborhood to hear."

The couple married in 2000. They separated and renewed vows in 2002, and they divorced in 2004.
