Robert Pattinson and his former girlfriend Kristen Stewart appear to be past the twilight (pardon the pun) phase of their relationship. Pattinson has recently been seen hanging out with Stewart's (probably now former) friend, and granddaughter of Elvis Presley, Riley Keough.

Paparazzi snapped several photos of the two driving together after picking up a ping pong table. Rumor has it that they've been together for a little while now, and both are head-over-heels for each other already.

While everything may be rainbows and unicorns for the rumored new couple, there's one person who is anything but pleased by the recent events. Though Kristen Stewart and Pattinson broke up this past spring, she is upset that he would move on to one of her good friends so quickly.

"Riley was always Kristen's friend dating back from their time filming 'The Runaways' but recently Rob and Riley been spending much more time together since meeting through their Dior modelling connection and Riley has stayed over at Rob's Los Feliz apartment. They have a lot in common -- they both love LA, London, rock music and table tennis," said one source close to the situation.

Don't feel too bad for Stewart though. Many believe that it was her infidelity during her relationship to Pattinson that doomed the "Twilight" stars' chance at a storybook romance. The same source said that when Stewart found out about Keough and Pattinson, she went ballistic:

"Kristen feels that she acted as mentor to Riley on her first film 'The Runaways,' introduced her to Rob and encouraged her to make a career of acting. Rob has been made aware through friends that she is devastated. Kristen is emotionally volatile at best of times and flew off the handle when she found out about Rob's liaison with Riley. She's told Rob via friends she feels violated."

This new romance comes as a surprise to many who thought that Pattinson would link up with long-time friend and confidant Katy Perry. The two had been seen together numerous times over the past couple of months, and it has been reported that Pattinson's friendship with the pop sensation caused quite a bit of tension in his relationship with Stewart.
