Martin Shkreli vs Ghostface Killah: Internet's Most Hated Man Threatens to Erase Rapper from Wu Tang Clan Album
It's as if the former Turing Pharmaceuticals CEO and the Internet's most hated man, Martin Shkreli, wants people to hate him more.
In a funny, yet bizarre new video, a seemingly drunk Shkreli, along with three masked men, has issued threats to Wu Tang Clan rapper Ghostface Killah who he addressed by his real name of Dennis Coles.
According to Shkreli, "You're not a Ghost Killah, I'm sorry," he added that, "You think it's OK to beef with me. But that's a big mistake ... you're an old man who has lost his relevance," The Independent has learned.
Shkreli further taunted the rapper and said that if Ghost ever said something against him again, he threatened to erase all of his songs from Wu Tang Clan's album, "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin."
In addition to him raising of Daraprim prices, the young former CEO also made headlines when he bought the Wu Tang Clan's exclusive album for $2 million, according to The Atlantic.
Shkreli ended his threat to Ghostface Killah by saying that he have to listen to him, because without him, the rapper is nothing.
The supposed threat came when Ghostface Killah criticized the former CEO for raising the price of an HIV drug by more than 5,000 percent. The rapper also called Shkreli as the "Michael Jackson nose kid."
Shkreli is currently on a $5 million bail bond after he was arrested on federal charges of securities fraud. He was also accused of repeatedly losing money for investors and lying to them and by illegally taking assets from one of his companies to pay off debtors in another.
Bloomberg News reported that Brooklyn U.S. Attorney Robert Capers accused Shkreli of running his company like a "Ponzi scheme" due to the fact that he is using one company's investments to pay the other company's debts.
In a complaint by the Securities and Exchange Commission, it said that the "pharma bro" Shkreli started losing money and lied to investors from the time he began managing the money. Case in point, he managed to convince nine investors to place $3 million with him even though at one point, only had $331 to his name.
His behavior has become so outrageous that even Donald Trump, a man also known for outrageous behavior, criticized him and called him a "spoiled brat." Trump further said that Shkreli should be ashamed of his actions.
Shkreli has yet to release a threat to Donald Trump, for the meantime, watch the video about Ghostface Killah below.
