"Younger" Season 2 fans can't help speculating about what will happen next in Liza Foster's life since spoilers and updates about TV Land's comedy-drama series have been scarce.

Based on the latest comments on the series' IMDb message boards, fans have been talking about Liza's age and getting fired. Liza's age and deception are also igniting interesting debates online. One user even said that if Liza's getting fired for her age, it would be "illegal."

"It's illegal it's called ageism," Arrow421 wrote, while Kristen1165 responded, "If they fired her it would be for misrepresenting herself. She would've had to lie on a bunch of forms. It'd be no different than them firing her for lying about her education even if she was good at her job in spite of it.

"It would be illegal to fire her based on age, but companies can easily find ways around that," Kristen1165 added. "They'll invent reasons to fire them. Discrimination is very hard to prove."

While fans are debating whether or not Liza can get fired because of her age, another user noted that it might be Liza's dishonesty that could get her fired from her job.

Aside from Liza's age, another interesting topic was regarding Liza's daughter, Caitlin. It seemed that "Younger" Season 2 fans don't like her so much.

"I will say that I don't like Caitlin that much," one user said. While another wrote, "Neither do I... I think she wanted Josh and when she found out her mother was dating went all midlife crisis on her... I wish she hadn't come back..."

A fan also threatened that if Caitlin becomes the main character in "Younger" Season 2, she might be skipping the series until the end, saying Caitlin was "beyond rude and very childish" to Liza.

Since this season has been interesting for Liza's love life, with a love triangle on the horizon, an attention-grabbing topic has recently popped up in "Younger" Season 2 IMDb message boards. And fans appeared to be rooting for Team Charles.

"Josh is smoking hot but Charles all the way," a user commented. Another added, "Definitely Charles. Josh is too young, and kind of boring. Charles is a better match for her."

Meanwhile, the previous episode showed how Liza captivated Charles, who complimented her for helping Kelsey on her speech during the Millennial Print launch party. But things got a little awkward when Josh suddenly arrived at the party to support Liza.

In the upcoming "Younger" Season 2 Episode 5 titled, "Jersey, Sure," Josh will learn more about Liza's life. But can he accept it all?
