"Mob Wives" Season 6 episode 6 is already here. The latest telecast of the reality show is airing tomorrow and it was entitled "Younger Version of the Same Old BS." Since the filming has always been completed in advance, this episode will show the time when Big Ang first heard that she may have lung cancer.

Looking at the synopsis for "Mob Wives" episode 6, it is easy to see that more drama will unfold as old chapters have been closed.

"Marissa and Brittany wage war on each other; Drita searches for inspiration for her book and Lee's blessing; Ang receives news," TV Guide posted.

Now, in the preview published by VH1 earlier today, Feb. 9, Big Ang was accompanied by her husband Neil for a check up. They waited for the test results and sadly, the doctor announced a bad news.

The cancer survivor was shocked to learn that not only did her cancer recurred but the tumors apparently spread to her lungs thus she may have developed lung cancer.

Big Ang rejected the idea of surgery

The doctor advised her to seek out specialists so that her condition could be diagnosed more thoroughly and find the right treatment to fight the disease. At one point, the doctor mentioned a potential need for surgery but Big Ang quickly rejected this option saying, "I'm not doing it. I'd rather die."

Most probably, she refused because she already experienced how painful it could be. It can be recalled that she underwent surgery last year to remove her cancerous throat tumors. Despite the success of the procedure, it seems that Big Ang does not want to go through it anymore.

Renee gives update on Big Ang's health

Since episode 6 was filmed months ago, many people know by now that Big Ang's stage 4 lung and brain cancer have been confirmed. And viewers of "Mob Wives" want to know how she is doing right now.

Renee Graziano is one of Angela's closest friends as they were together since the first season of the show. She addressed the queries about Big Ang's current health condition by posting a photo along with a message on her Instagram account.

On her update on Feb. 8, she explained that "Although this picture if from last year. It's one of my favorites. We were in Cali enjoying ourselves..I'm posting this not just because of all the questions on angs health.. But because I've tried to explain many a times that Ang's condition is for Ang to tell."

Renee went on to disclose that Big Ang made it to "The Reunion" filming last week. "All I will say is she looks fab her spirits are the best they can be. She attended the reunion."

Lastly, Renee said that if anyone wants to know about Ang's condition, she is not the person to ask and feels that it is not something for her to discuss as well. "I would hate to give wrong information.. Her family knows exactly whats going on. Thank you for all the love," she concluded.

Meanwhile, this episode will also highlight the brewing war between the newcomers - Brittany Fogarty and Marissa Jade.

"Mob Wives" episodes 6 will air on VH1 on Feb. 10 at 8 p.m.
