Michael Weatherly's upcoming final "NCIS" episode may finally be starting to take shape.

TV Line reports his Agent Tony DiNozzo character will soon be reunited with ex-girlfriend Jeanne Benoit. In the "Loose Cannons" episode scheduled to air on Feb. 23, DiNozzo pays his ex a visit while chasing down a lead involving doctors in Sudan.

All indications are the two once again magically hit it off, despite the fact Benoit (Scottie Thompson) is now married.

How Will DiNozzo be Written out?

After 13 seasons and being one of only a few remaining original characters on TV's most watched drama series, Weatherly recently announced that he will be leaving the show at the end of the season to pursue other interests. Ever since than, speculation has run rampant as to how network officials might decide to write off his character.

Other than running off with Benoit, TV Line speculates another possibility could center on DiNozzo rising within the ranks of the operation and leaving for another position in a different locale.
