LMFAO claims they will be doing just that as they walk out of the courtroom. Rapper Rick Ross has sued the hit-making duo for stealing his lyrics. Ross claims that "Everyday I'm Shufflin'" sounds a lot like "Everyday I'm Hustlin'," and since they had no rights to that "idea," Ross is calling them thieves. Now LMFAO has geared up for court, saying that they always win and that Ross is a fake thug.

TMZ caught up with Redfoo recently coming out of an L.A club, feeling just a little "tipsy." Of course, the cameraman had to get the scoop on what's going on with the famous legal battle over one of LMFAO's most famous songs, "Party Rock Anthem," and Rick Ross. Redfoo insisted that he could not comment on the subject since he hired professionals to take care of it all, but he did say, "He always wins." Overall, he feels pretty confident that he's going to beat the case. The shuffling star even express his love for Rick Ross, explaining that if he would call him up he is sure they could settle this out of court.

Not sure if Rick will be calling Redfoo anytime soon, however, especially after the group called him a fake thug. They allege that the former corrections officer built a fake, badass persona strictly to gain cred with the rap community (worded by TMZ). Ross has not made any comments since suing the rock duo back in December, which should make LMFAO just a little nervous. Let's be honest, Rick Ross looks scary, and big, and mean. Legal documents released by the pair admit that they did steal the "Everyday I'm Hustlin'" from his 2006 track "Hustlin'," but that the changing of the word "Shufflin'" makes it fair game.

Oh, the music business... Who can ever really get it.
