In the upcoming "Return to Sender" episode of "NCIS," Tony DiNozzo sets his sights on trying to keep a team of copycat identity theft fraudsters from infiltrating the world of U.S. Senators.

Mark Harmon's Leroy Jethro Gibbs character is also slated to be heavily featured in the April 19, airing, as he and Senior FBI Agent T.C. Fornell (Joe Spano) team up to track a pair of escaped British prisoners, including a former spy. The two men are already thought to have arrived here in the States by traveling in a shipping container.

McGee Goes Apartment Shopping

Meanwhile, McGee is busy apartment shopping, and more determined than ever to figure out how DiNozzo was able to secure such a lavish place for himself.

Michael Weatherly, who stars as DiNozzo, is slated to leave the long running series at the end of the season, leaving viewers hanging on his every word in hopes of picking up on any tips that might reveal how producers plan to write out his character.

Several media outlets recently revealed former "24" star Sarah Clarke is slated to join the series as Special Agent Tess Monroe, one of two new characters the show is rumored to be adding to offset the loss of Weatherly.

Sarah Clarke Added to Cast

Her character is described as a "multiple divorcee who is as sexy as she is strong." She will also stand out for her "quick-wit and toughness" and is regarded as a "no-nonsense agent with a big heart."

As for DiNozzo and how producers plan to handle his exit storyline, a recent TV Line poll found that 28 percent of fans prefer seeing leave for a life with Cote de Pablo's former Agent Ziva David character, compared to 22 percent who want to see him leave D.C. to head up his own NCIS team in another location.
