A pair of Game 2's had the NBA world glued to their television sets Wednesday night. Both the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Indiana Pacers looked to avoid going down 0-2 in their series, at home.

The Pacers saw a resurgence in center Roy Hibbert, who has pretty much been invisible this postseason. In Game 1 against the Wizards, Hibbert scored zero points and grabbed zero rebounds. In Game 2, Hibbert stepped up, shooting 10-13 from the field and scoring a game-high 28 points while grabbing 9 rebounds. For the first time in what seems like forever, Hibbert demanded the basketball and scored with determination. Meanwhile, Pacers shooting guard Paul George continues to be somewhat of a concern. He shot just 5-13 from the field including 0-3 from the perimeter with 11 points.

Wizards center, Marcin Gortat also had himself a great game. He recorded a double (21 points, 11 rebounds), however, John Wall had an off night. Wall made just two shots scoring 6 points for the Wizards the entire game.

The Pacers won 86-82.

A high scoring affair took place in Oklahoma. The Clippers and Doc Rivers looked to go up 2-0 against the Thunder. Russell Westbrook was simply phenomenal recording a triple double for the second time in his last three games. Chris Paul played good, but simply couldn't match the intensity of Westbrook guard for guard. Blake Griffin had a terrible defensive game, watching players blow right past him in the paint, and showing little effort. Griffin would grab just 4 defensive rebounds in 35 minutes on the floor.

The Thunder won 112-101.

Moving forward, the Pacers must now travel to Washington for Games 3 and 4. Game 3 begins Friday 8:00 p.m. EDT and can be seen on ESPN. The Wizards have a great opportunity to take a 3-1 series lead if they defend home court the next two games. The Wizards aren't the best home team and are very beatable in Washington, so the Pacers have a chance. If Roy Hibbert can keep this up, the Pacers can be a force to be reckoned with.

The Thunder will follow the same path as the Pacers. They will travel on the road the next two games to Los Angeles at STAPLES Center. Game three starts at 10:30 PM EDT on ESPN, following the Wizards and Clippers game. Coach, Rivers has dealt with superstar players before. His teams have eliminated Kobe Bryant and Lebron James from the playoffs and he will make adjustments.
