“Power” is just two episodes away from the Season 3 finale and there is no telling what will happen to James “Ghost” St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick) next. And with his former mistress and ex-girlfriend Detective Angela Valdes (Lela Loren) in the middle of an investigation, she might wound up taking the wrap for him.

Angela and Ghost

Ghost left Angela a few episodes back when he decided to kill Felipe Lobos (Enrique Murciano). Although he wanted to save her, she is in the middle of the investigation because she is the one who told Ghost that Lobos was still alive.

If the information gets out, Angela will receive the death penalty although she did not tell Ghost where Lobos would be transported to. She and Ghost are looking for the inside mole, and last episode, Ghost gave Angela the phone used to communicate with Lobos during his witness protection stunt.

Will Angela report the phone and tell on the love of her life?

Tommy and Ghost

In the “Power” Season 3 Episode 9 trailer, Tommy tells Ghost to choose him for a change.

“I chose you over Holly,” Tommy said. “This time you need to choose me.”

Tommy expects some extra loyalty from Ghost after he killed his girlfriend Holly (Lucy Walters) for putting a hit out on him. He is going crazy after realizing that Holly was pregnant at the time. Now Milan (Callan Mulvey) is using that vulnerability against Tommy to make him turn on Ghost.

Will Tommy betray Ghost for once and for all?

“You deal with Milan and I’ll deal with Tommy,” Ghost tells his wife Tasha (Naturi Naughton), hinting that he no longer trusts his “right hand man.”

What does Ghost have up his sleeve? And will Tasha ever find out that Tommy is not really on her side?

Kanan is Officially Back

Meanwhile, Ghost is not even worried about Kanan (Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson) because he thinks he killed him at the end of Season 2. Little does he know, Kanan survived the fire and stab wound, and is slowly trying to get back at him through is son Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr.).

In the promo, Tariq walks with Kanan through a sneaker store, thinking that his name is Slim. Is Tariq selling drugs now?

Ghost Investigation

As all of this goes down, Greg (Andy Bean) is forcing Ruiz (Luis Antonio Ramos) to wear a bug while in a meeting with Ghost and the rest of the crew. With his life on the line, will Ruiz do it to save himself some jail time?
