The wait is almost over for the Samsung Gear S3, as the device is about to launch soon with its new features, most notably its 1.0GHz dual-core processor. The design is one-of-a-kind, fitting perfectly for the circular screen.

The Samsung Gear S3 has done away with the Android Wear and brought in Samsung's very own Tizen OS. As stated in Digital Spy, Samsung has a new Knox security measure that has given it a bit of a sparkle.

It has its own unique features and they are not restricted only to software additions, but Samsung has made it a point to focus on the hardware as well.

With accelerometers and activity trackers, the S3 is all set to measure and monitor the heart rate of an individual with the help on an optical sensor on the underside of the body.

According to Daily Star, it appears that the Gear S3 could turn out to be one of the most striking smart watches for all the tech fans. The 1.3 inch circular AMOLED display allows users to navigate thorough apps and messages.

The watch is said to appear in two different styles: it consists of a water resistant design with an inbuilt GPS system. Upgraded from a 250mAh to a 380mAh the Gear S3 is believed to last a minimum of 3 to 4 days on a single charge.

Another plus in the watch is that it lets its users turn the watch's frame around in order to scroll through menus, this particular feature has returned.

Along with new features and latest technology comes the price, with the current Gear S2 costing around GBP 249 to GBP 299, the Gear S3 will be retailing within the GBP 349-GBP 399 range. There are, of course, chances that the prices may vary. With all its latest technology, the long wait for the Samsung Gear S3 seems to be finally over.
