"All That Matters" singer Justin Bieber has made his way back in headlines for attempted robbery and you won't believe what he allegedly stole -- a cell phone.

CNN reports that police spokesperson Rosario Herrera says the police department received a complaint Tuesday afternoon that Bieber had stolen a cell phone on Monday evening. The department began investigating the claim on Tuesday night.

So how did this all go down?

According to TMZ, a San Fernando Valley Woman claims that Bieber stole her phone in a fit of rage.

On Monday night the woman says that she and her daughter went to Sherman Oaks Castle Park to see Justin and his entourage playing mini golf.

While playing golf, Bieber allegedly got into an altercation with some other guys who were golfing as well. The argument escalated and the woman began reaching for her phone to snap photos of the incident.

Bieber saw the woman grab her phone and got even angrier at the woman's attempt to document the situation.

Finally, Bieber walked over to the woman and demanded that he see her phone.

Naturally, the woman refused and that's when she claims Bieber grabbed her purse, searched through the bag, and stole her phone.

The woman began wrestling with Bieber to get her phone back and when the 20-year-old singer was unable to unlock the phone himself, he gave the woman back her phone.

Bieber also apparently made the woman's 13-year-old daughter cry when he began yelling at her and her mother, screaming, "You're humiliating yourself in front of your daughter. Why don't you just get out of here?"

So far, Justin Bieber's camp has yet to speak out on the incident.

What do you think? Did Justin really try to steal someone's cell phone, or is this a case of a disgruntled fan who's upset they couldn't take a photo with Bieber.
