Could Isco be on his way out of Real Madrid? According to reports, the Spaniard is unhappy with the playing time he is receiving with his current club.

Isco's emergence earlier this year was seen as one of the reasons that Mesut Ozil was allowed to leave. The 21-year-old's vision and terrific offensive abilities made him the more attractive option moving forward and Ozil's departure was seen as the passing of the torch. Unfortunately things have not worked out that way for Isco. Instead, the Spaniard has found himself on the bench for most of the season and has struggled to assert himself as a regular for Real Madrid.

According to Coach Carlo Ancelotti, Isco does not fit the team's current 4-3-3 scheme and he is not ready to make adjustments for one player.

"I am not here to work for a specific player, but rather to do the best for Real Madrid," Ancelotti said, according to ESPN. "Sometimes I cannot be the fairest with some players and it is normal that he is not happy. I would not like it if a player was happy about not playing. He has to have the desire to play and I hope that by the end of the season, he and everyone else can say that he was important for the team. He did very well at the start of the season and I have no doubt about how talented he is."

It will be interesting to see what happens with Isco moving forward. He could leave in the summer but it is more probable that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez will loan out the Spanish star if needed.
