After a long on-and-off relationship, again Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes are on the way to rebuilding and making another fresh start.

According to Radar Online, the two are reconciling once more after Foxx, 48, decided to end up their relationship just last month. It was reported that the cause of such cool-off was when Katie, 37, asked Jamie to let their relationship be known to public, Jamie was pressured during that time and gave up. He told her he wanted to stay out of Katie's corner and promised nothing for coming back.

Foxx is just worried how Tom Cruise will react to this.

"Jamie loves Katie so much and he prides himself on keeping his relationship with her private. That said, if and when he does go there and put a ring on her finger, he's not going to do it publicly. The last thing he wants is Tom going all 'Collateral' on him. Jamie doesn't know Tom's crazy side and he likes to keep it that way. He's heard war stories from Katie about what it's like to be his bad side and he doesn't want that drama." 

The couple started dating in 2013 but not openly. Fans began to know about their mutual understanding when Claudia Jordan, the former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" actress, accidentally told comedian Theo Von and filmmaker-journalist Matt Cole Weiss that the two are a happy couple. Claudia is close to Foxx and knew much about his private life.

In August, Holmes was seen cheering on Foxx while he was performing with Barbra Streisand on stage. And then she was also noticed slipping into his dressing room after that.

The couple really did not admit it and after a few days, Claudia told the public that she has misspoken about them. "I have no knowledge of Jamie with Katie at all. I've never seen them together. He's never told me he's dating her." It sounds like Claudia doesn't want to add any further misunderstanding about the couple, E-Online reported.

However, it would be interesting this time if Jamie would finally give Holmes what she wants. After all, they are compatible - they have both earned fame in Hollywood. Foxx has a colorful singing and acting career and Holmes is also a great actress.
