HTC One M9 To See Android 7.0 Nougat Update From Tonight [VIDEO]
Android's latest baby 7.0 Nougat has already started improving much buzz among the users of Android devices all around. The devices of many tech giants have been lined up to avail this update soon. HTC is not also willing to stay behind in this initiative.
According to Android Headlines, HTC's latest handset One M9 is the next device which has been lined up to get the update of Android 7.0 Nougat. And as per another insight, the update is said to be equipped starting from today onwards. The indication was provided by HTC's very own Mo Versi over Twitter.
As per GSMArena, HTC's One M9 sports a smashing Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810 chipset alongside Octa-core processing unit and powerful Adreno GPU. The device comes with 3GB RAM and a 32 GB internal storage area. As for Camera, HTC,One M9 features a 20MP rear shooter with dual-LED flash, whereas it has a 4 MP front snapper for picture perfect selfies.
The smartphone currently runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. This means that with the update of Android 7.0 Nougat the device will surely receive superlative enhancements on both technical quota and usefulness. Although it hasn't been declared from the company's end that what type of new advancement will be seen with this update. But there are some certain things which users can assume to get with 7.0 Nougat.
For instance, improved Doze Mode which focuses on extending the battery life of the device, the multi-window attribute to provide the ease of operation, camera app for scrolling and clicking the perfect moments with accurate brightness setup etc. are all thought to be seen alongside this update.
Although, it hasn't been clarified from HTC's end till now that by what time the extension of Android 7.0 Nougat will be seen on One M9 and how many new features will be added with this update. But it can be hinted that the users will get the notification most likely by today on their handsets.
