The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro is a midrange smartphone only available in China. However, it has been reported that the C9 Pro has been WiFi certified which means that the Korean smartphone company may be launching it worldwide including the US. So what makes the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro special and something to look out for?

Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro Specs, Price

The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro is known for being a midrange budget smartphone with high-end specs. According to GSM Arena, the C9 Pro houses an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor, runs of 6GB RAM and internal storage is said to be 64GB.

Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro will have a 6-inch AMOLED screen with a 1080p display that will be powered by a large 4,000mAh battery that supports fast charging. The Galaxy C9 Pro will also have a microSD slot which means that it can be extendable and even a fingerprint sensor near the Home button. The Galaxy C9 Pro sports rear and front cameras which capture photos in 16mp.

As for the price, the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro in China retails at around $470 each. It also ships out in Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro Certified for the US and International Release?

Softpedia has reason to believe that the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro will be made available to international markets soon. A Samsung device with the number SM-C900F was reported to have received its Wi-Fi certification and reports say that this may be the international version of the C9 Pro.

Given its midrange price and premium features, it is no wonder why Samsung would want to roll out the Galaxy C9 Pro to more markets like the US. Samsung has not officially announced their plans for the Galaxy C9 Pro or have drafted the list of markets that will get the international version of the smartphone.
