“Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Blazing” Adds Iconic Characters on Newest Update
A recent update has arrived for Namco Bandai's Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Blazing. Among the additional content are the inclusion of the titular character Naruto Uzumaki (in his Shippuden look) and pink-haired Sakura Haruno.
Aside from the new characters, the update has also added ways to communicate with other players, like the stamps, which allows players to use set phrases to deliver messages. According to Crunchyroll, markers can also be placed on the map to direct the course of action between players using visual cues.
Naruto will be made available to everyone who logs in after the update. Silicon Era also adds that logging in daily can merit players of up to 22 ninja pearls, which could be used for in-game purchases.
Released for the iOS and Android in late 2016, the game is Namco-Bandai's first take on bringing the Ultimate Ninja franchise to the mobile market. The free-to-play game, developed by GREE, Inc., follows the story of the original Naruto series, up until the fight between Naruto and Gaara. While the game itself is free, in-app purchases are also available, as most mobile games offer nowadays.
