They were surrounded by dating rumors right after the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show back in November 2012, and were even spotted together in public on their way to go see the Lion King onstage -- now, a year and a half later, Justin Bieber and Barbara Palvin are seen getting cozy with each other once again.

The rumor all started when the two 20-year-olds posed for a photo together at the VS Fashion Show's backstage, and Palvin quickly took to her Twitter account to deny a romance. "Hey everyone. Please calm down. He is all yours!! :) please :)" she wrote. "Last time I'm saying it. Please calm down. There is nothing going on w him. I met him and did a pic w him. Wouldn't u do the same? :) #friendship."

Although One Direction singer Niall Horan's former girlfriend insisted that there was absolutely "nothing going on" between her and Selena Gomez's ex-boyfriend back then, the pair seemed to be more than just friends at Roberto Cavalli's yacht party, celebrating the Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday night, May 21.

Justin Bieber went for a casual look by wearing a white t-shirt underneath a denim jacket with black sleeves and a pair of black shorts, completed by a pair of gray canvas shoes and a big silver chain. On the other hand, Barbara Palvin sported a gorgeous silver low-cut silk dress detailed with beading that came down to the floor, and ditched her heels to go much more comfortable barefoot.

The Hungarian model was spotted intimately stroking the Canadian singer's face when they ran into each other at the venue. She placed a hand on the back of Bieber's head and ran her thumb over his cheek as they shared conversation. Meanwhile, the "Bad Day" singer placed his hand on Palvin's waist while she whispered in his ear.
