'Horizon Zero Dawn' News & Updates: Dev Boost Up Studio's Engine, Facial Animation, Loading Problems & More; Expected To Sell 4-6 Million
Sony just recently dropped a new trailer for the game "Horizon Zero Dawn." With just less than a week before the company launches its next big game, the trailer teases no loading screens, facial animations, studio's engine and more.
Fans of the highly anticipated action-RPG sure to be all excited for the game as the developers from the Guerrilla Games talk about the game's desire. The developers shared their experiences and how they went creating the game world.
The "Horizon Zero Dawn" has a new strides made particularly in the facial animation. The developers also talk about how advanced the studio's engine is, the loading problems and other stuff promises to be vanish once the game is booted up, Gamespot has reported.
The game is now garnering a lot of praise and positive reviews, Sony stated that "Horizon Zero Dawn" is expected to become another franchise of the company. The SuperData recently published their own predictions about the sales of the game. According to the research and analytic firm, the new IP could have sold numbers.
Be a potential rival of "Metal Gear Solid" and "Uncharted." The film concluded their initial observations and they believed that "Horizon Zero Dawn" can tentatively sell around 4-6 million units end of 2017.
Further, for the lifetime sales would likely be around 6-8 million, according to Joost Van Dreunen the CEO of SuperData research, VG24/7 has reported. Meanwhile, the Guerilla Game has already dropped that expected update of "Horizon Zero Dawn" in day one.
Sony talked about how the game would likely to become a new franchise of the company and it does believe in its main protagonist, Aloy. He is inspired by the "Game of Thrones" character Ygritte.
"Horizon Zero Dawn" could become one of the PlayStation icons in the near future. Sony's soon-to-be-franchise- will launch on March 1 in Europe and Feb 28 in North America. The reviews made scored a 9/10.
